Here’s what you need to do to access Bus Paddles:
• 1) Step 1: Find Your UPN You’ll need to know your UPN (User Principal Name). You can find it using this website by entering your BSC, Date of Birth, and Zip Code:

• 2) Step 2:
You can use your Current MTA Insight app or Use Your Default MTA Microsoft Account Password.
Your default password follows this format:
🔹 First initial of your first name (UPPER CASE)
🔹 First initial of your last name (lower case)
🔹 8-digit date of birth (MMDDYYYY)
📌 Example: If Mary Smith was born on February 8, 1960, her default password would be Ms02081960.If you experience difficulty logging in, contact the IT Service Desk at 📞 646-252-8888.
• 3) Step 3: Access the Paddles (Save to Bookmarks)
Remember you are using your new UPN style email address. (1234567@nyct.com)
Once you have your UPN and password, log in here:

Your Right To Know: FMLA Usage Monitoring
You can now access the FMLA-Qualification Summary on your mobile device.
What is the “FMLA-Qualification Summary”?
The FMLA-Qualification Summary dashboard allows you to track how many FMLA days you’ve used and whether or not you’ve accumulated the required 1250 hours within the past year to become eligible for FMLA. This information is updated every Saturday at 11pm.
To monitor your FMLA usage, follow these simple steps:
1. Log on to, https://myaccessns.nymta.info/vpn/index.html then, enter your BSC ID and password you use to log into your timecard/MTA Insight app;
2. Click on, “DOBIC”;
3. Click on, “FMLA”;
4. Within the drop down menu, click on, “FMLA-Qualification Summary”;
5. Enter your BSC ID, then, click on “Get Qualification Summary” *IMPORTANT* Do not refresh the page after you click on it, it takes a little while to load;
6. Your summary will load. For a complete breakdown of your hours worked within the last 12 months, click on, “View Hours Worked”. For a complete breakdown of your FMLA days used within the last 12 months, click on, “View FMLA Days Used”.
